User feedback sought on the Copernicus Programme
July, 2017
In relation to its Copernicus programme, the European Commission is intending to establish a User Feedback Mechanism to monitor and continuously improve the performance and user satisfaction.
This initiative is under development with the support of Copernicus Entrusted Entities to get all necessary intelligence, and identify necessary service improvements. Hence, direct and indirect users of the Copernicus
data services are invited to participate in one or more of the short online surveys below. The user feedback and/or opinions received will form an integral part of the development of the Copernicus programme.
The online user surveys on Copernicus Land Monitoring Service (Pan-European and Local components) and
Copernicus Open Access Hub for Sentinel data can be accessed via the link below to our EU bulletin.
