Excellis Business Consulting to spin-off Web2i-Commerce in 2014

Excellis Business Consulting has announced its intention
to spin-off Web2i Commerce ™
service and cloud platform as a separate and fully autonomous entity.
As of January 2014, Web2i Commerce will become a separate legal entity within the Excellis Group.
The marketing, sales, service delivery and product development functions
for Web2i Commerce will reside within the newly formed entity, which will
have its own dedicated website at web2icommerce.com.
According to Zaf Gandhi, Managing Partner of Excellis Business Consulting:
"This is a strategic decision, which is consistent with our ongoing commitment to
better serve the needs of our clients.
Aside from the obvious
benefits in improved focus and management, we will also be in a stronger position to leverage
